Dosage for CBD Honey Sticks

All CBD product dosages will vary slightly person to person. At Kigh, we recommend starting with a lower dosage and working up as needed. Each stick contains ~10 MG of CBD. Many of our customers have found that a good daily dosage is ~20 MG of CBD per day. If you are taking our CBD Honey Sticks by themselves then 2 sticks daily would suffice. If you are augmenting a CBD routine you already have then start with a single stick and add as necessary.
